List of things to do recover better in order of importance:

  1. Sleep 8-10 hours a night
  2. Proper nutrition
  3. Drinking enough water
  4. Stretch: 30 minutes a day
  5. Massage: 2 hours a week
  6. Basic Supplementation: Protein, zinc, magnesium, D3, fish oil, and a multivitamin
