Thanks for your interest in the House Of Weightlifting Open 2022! Here are the details for the competition.

Session Times:
Session 1: weigh in 8am-9am Lift 10am
Session 2: weigh in 10:30am-11:30am Lift 12:30pm
Session 3: weigh in 1pm-2pm Lift 3pm
Other things to note:
Make sure you have some warm clothes as the bay doors will be open during the competition. Spectators are welcome. Athletes under the age of 18 must weigh in dressed or in a singlet with a parent or chaperone of the same gender with them during weigh-ins. If this is your first weightlifting competition, a singlet is not required, shorts and a t-shirt are ok. I have attached a few resources that you may find helpful to navigate your first weightlifting competition, but if you have any specifics questions feel free to reach out.
