Important:
- Bar and plates. Should be a weightlifting bar and competition style plates. Those wide bumper plates made out of High-Temp rubber will give you a false sense of bar whip.
- Shoes and singlet. You need these to compete in, so you should train in them too. Only train in the singlet occasionally.
- Chalk.
- Squat Stand. Because you have to get strong in the squat!
