List of things to do recover better in order of importance:
- Sleep 8-10 hours a night
- Proper nutrition
- Drinking enough water
- Stretch: 30 minutes a day
- Massage: 2 hours a week
- Basic Supplementation: Protein, zinc, magnesium, D3, fish oil, and a multivitamin
